They just laughed at me:-(((

Last night I was sitting at the dinning room table preparing for the training I will be giving to-day.
It was about 00.15 Jos was at the neighbours discussing the building on we are going to be doing.
I notice the blacky (our "kitten") was making a very strange sound. Didn't react at first cos Tiger (our other "kitten") was also there and she seemed to be teasing her so I carried on working. The sound kept coming and Blacky was VERY loud. Eventually I lokked under the table to see what she was doing. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH a mouse!!!!!!! She has a mouse. What does any repectable girl do when she see's one of these SCAREY animals???? YES jumps onto a chair as QUICKLY as possible!!!! Now comes the problem. I am on a chair blacky has a mouse and Jos in not in the house. To reach a PHONE I have to get off the chair. NOT a ood plan so we stand there and think about it.... Then Blacky starts playing with the mouse letting it go and chasing it again etc (sooo fun) Then it occurs to me that blacky can jump. So she could jump onto the chair that I am standing on with the mouse. REAL panic set in. I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING. Then my chance to escape comes. Blacky run to the lounge after the mouse.
I make my escape out the front door to the neighbours. I tell my story as calmly as possible ;-)))
And the men start laughing..... can you believe this they mock me. Jos decides he feels sorry for me and goes home to make sure the CAT and MOUSE are out of the house so that it is "safe" for me to go home..... WHAT a night. What a nightmare. But hey..... way to go Blacky!!!! I LOVE YOU for getting rid of the mice for me I think I might become a cat person after all...

Enjoy your day.

so sad

Thursday Riley was picked up by Jos's folks to go to the camping with them really cool. But it was so sad for Caden it started the day before when Jos's Dad took Rileys bike with. As soon as they woke up I was packing Riley's stuff and Caden kept coming with his stuff aswell. He really wanted to go with. After Riley left Caden kept saying Oma en Opa komen mij ook zo ophalen (They are also coming to pick me up just now.) and Riley is op de Kampioen met Oma & Opa ik ga ook zo.
Kept telling him that they would take him next time and Saturday he was going to Nana and Grandpa. To-day he came upstairs with two photo's Jos's folks and my folk's with the comment. Ik ga zaterdag na Nana en Grandpa toch. Yes my angel you are going to Nana and Grandpa on Saturday. His reaction Ja Opa and Oma vinden mij niet zo lief. Wow heart breaking. No Caden that's not true Oma and Opa LOVE YOU loads, you can go withthem the next time. I guess it's hard to understand when you are 2.
Caden not only do Oma and Opa love you loads, but so does Mom, Dad, Riley, Nana, Grandpa, Tante Elma, Oom Sander, Oom Martien, Sarah en Jasmijn and everyone else that meets you because you are adorable do not ever forget that!!!

Last week of the holiday

Guess I had better try to go to bed on time......
Last night as again late. 3am We must be nuts, Caden finally sleeps at night and then we don't.....
Saturday was our wedding anniversary so we went into amsterdam together. Had the idea to have dinner at Roses Cantina. FORGOT it was GAY PRIDE.....
MAN it was BUSY. House music every where! Flash Back (aaaahhh yes this is what it was like to be young and to go out...... hmmmm Do I really miss this???? )

Sunday we went with Astrid, Marcel and the Kids to Enkhuizen. They had a ball. Nancy was not impressed when she had to go home after dinner. She was so upset. So yesterday we asked Astrid and Marcel if she could sleep over here a night. So to-day she and Sven played here and Nancy will be sleeping over. The first girl Riley will sleep with;-)) so cute.
We baked cookies, they played train, and with the play dough. So far so good.

Linda picked up the bed and changing table, Caden has been sleeping in a bigger bed for awhile but we still had the crib. Now it is gone kinda marks a new phase. No more babies... they are growing up fast.

Will post photo's later blogger is acting up again

6 years ago to-day.
We promised to live together for always.
We had a fantastic day with loads of friends and family.
We started our live together in our new house.

And that for someone who could never settle down..... 28 years old and moved 29 times!
Now 6 years later we live in the same house, that says enough.
I warned Jos he would be getting on a rollercoaster ride. I am not easy to live with.

6 years Later he still loves me;-)
and I LOVE him.

Cars, Beach, RAIN

Yesterday we wanted to go to the beach but it was raining so we decided it would be fun for the boys to go to Chimpie Champ but...... when we got there there wasn't even a parking spot so we decided to pass. Instead we parked the car in amstelveen and took the metro into Amsterdam. There we watch the movie CARS really cute the boys LOVED it. The new word in our house is now KChow KChow. Cades was so taken by the tram, metro and train that came by. A train came passed us and they are still talking about how the train overtook the metro.
So dogging the rain drops we went from Waterloo station to Rembrandts plein to see the movie and then back again.

To-day we decided that even if it rained we were going to the BEACH! So we got into the car abit before lunch and drove to Bloemendaal. We we had lunch at a really trendy cool beach tent the food was yummie and the waiter was a real SURFER DUDE. He had the cooooooolest hair do! After lunch we built a sand castle with the boys but it was toooo far away from the water so we could fill the moat, so we moved closer to the water and built a new one. Jos ran like a mad man to get water to fill the moat but it was a battle he lost. As quick as he was bringing the water to the moat it disapeared into the sand. Walk along the beach for abit watch some kite surfer. Our SURFER DUDE waiter came buy (yip carrying a surf plank) and he also went for a 'baby'surf.
Wind Blown we got back into the car and headed home. Caden was asleep within moments.
