Well I have been sick and busy the last couple of weeks so nothing is going the way i would like.
I am behind on everything;((((
But i am busy playing catch up.....

Need to do the certification for HFM at work.
But I have lost 12kg's !!!!! YEAH for me. i am so happy with myself. Still have 4,5 to go but that will also happen I'm sure. I will get Jos to take a photo of the "new"old me and put it on the net for you to see.....

Great photo and OMG on the weight loss, hope I will still recognize you next week LOL. That's almost 3 sizes .... you won't fit you're clothes, have you been shopping yet ? Talk to you today ???
